Abstract：It introduced blood glucose change characteristics and the ad-verse consequences caused by hypoglycemia in premature infants born by gestational diabetes parturient.It put forward that according to research status at home and in abroad to establish a hypogly cemia monitoring and cluster of nursing interventions for premature infants born by gestational diabetes parturient which has strong pertinence and high efficiency,so as to improve the quality of life of premature infants.
