Abstract：It introduced the definition and connotation of related concepts in master of nursing specialist and occupation embedded,and status quo of domestic and foreign master of nursing specialist graduate education.It thought that it was the key in present master of nursing specialist graduate education to explore and construct the master of nursing specialist graduate occupation embedded training mode which is suitable for China's national conditions and linked with international standards.
