Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the influence of empowerment theory in combination with “figure dialogue”tool on patients receiving insulin treat-ment.Methods:A total of 208 patients using insulin therapy were random-ly divided into two groups.The patients in control group received routine health education,while patients in experimental group received empower-ment education.The fasting blood glucose,HbA1 c,adverse effect of insulin inj ection,empowerment ability and self care behaviors were analyzed be-tween the two groups at 6 month after discharging.Results:Hypoglycemi-a,subcutaneousinduration,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose in experimental group were lower than that of control group at 6 month after intervention(P<0.05);score in empowerment ability and self.
