Influence of self management on blood lipids and self efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction
Abstract:Obj ective:To study the influence of self management on blood lipids and self efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 180 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into interven-tion group and control group,90 cases each.Patients in control group re-ceived routine nursing.Patients in observation group were given self man-agement based on routine nursing.Then to compare blood lipids,dietary e-valuation score and self efficacy score in patients between both groups.Re-sults:The level of blood lipids,scores of dietary evaluation and self efficacy in observation group were significantly better than those in control group after 6 months of intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self management can improve the level of blood lipids and self efficacy in patients with cere-bral infarction.
