Abstract：It introduced black Auricularia auricula and its active ingredient, research progress on intervention effect of anti oxidation,reducing blood sugar and cholesterol,reducing arterial plaque formation and the role of an-ticoagulationon for the entire cardiovascular continum.It put forward broa-der scientific research should be carried out to find out the potential thera-peutic value and its mechanism,so as to promote the development of dieto-therapy interventions for cardiovascular disease to improve scientific diet missionary of nurses,so that patients and healthy people can gain and maintain healthy from diet.
