Effect of nursing work in systematic management of perinatal high risk infants
Abstract:Obj ective:To probe into the effect of nursing work in systematic management of perinatal high risk infants.Methods:A total of 379 cases of perinatal high risk infants were selected who were born in our hospital and took part in systematic management of perinatal high risk infants from January in 2010 to December in 2010.Results:Totally 49 cases were diag-nosed early as central coordination disorder.And after 4 months to 1 2 months of rehabilitation treatment,their motor development got progress, muscle tone restored normal,abnormal posture got correction.No one had cerebral palsy.There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of central coordination disorder among a variety of high risk factors(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nursing staff plays a important role in systematic man-agement of perinatal high risk infants.A sound management system for high risk infants should be established,so as to make perinatal high risk in-fants receive early and effective intervention and sequential rehabilitation treatment,and improve the perinatal quality and population quality.
