Study on papers cooperation relationship of Nightingale prize gainer in China

Abstract：The published academic papers by nightingale prize winners in China were taken as the research obj ects.The literature research and statis-tics analysis were used,the papers cooperation relationship was analyzed from five aspects including the degree of cooperation,cooperation scale, form of cooperation,cooperation status,before and after winning,so as to provide certain reference basis for nursing personnel training and nursing management decision making in China.The results showed that the nightingale prize winners published papers since 1958.The cooperative rate was basically stable for more than 60%.Cooperation scale was 4 person or more mainly,accounting for 5 9%.Cooperation was mainly in the same in-stitutions,accounting for 78%.Participatory cooperation was main cooper-ation status,accounting for 80%.The overall scientific research level after awarding is higher than that before the awarding.
