Appl ication of solution focused approach in mental nursing of pregnant women with antenatal anxiety
Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of solution fo-cused approach in mental nursing of pregnant women with antenatal anxie-ty.Methods:A total of 80 pregnant women with anxiety score more than 50 were randomly divided into observation and control group,40 cases each.The pregnant women in control group received routine mental nurs-ing,while pregnant women in observation group received routine mental nursing based on solution focused approach.Results:After intervention, pregnant anxiety score in observation group was significantly lower than that before intervention (P<0.01),and lower than that of control group (P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in mode of de-livery,postpartum bleeding,neonatal Apgar score,pain and the initial time of lactation between two groups (P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Mental nursing based on the solution focused approach can provide good psychological support for primipara,reduce anxiety significantly and improve birth out-comes.
