Study on ethanol lock technigue in prevention of central venous catheter related bloodstream infection
Abstract：It reviewed the research status quo of ethanol lock technigue in prevention of central venous lock catheter related bloodstream infection (CRBSI).It put forward ethanol lock technigue still existed many dis-putes,such as ethanol concentration,retention time of ethanol in tube cavi-ty,whether in combination with anticoagulants or not,whether with sys-temic antibiotic therapy or not,chronic toxic reaction of ethanol.Applica-tion of ethanol lock technigue in prevention of CRBSI still need multicenter and large sample randomized controlled trial,so as to offer strong evidences for application of the technigue.
