Connotation and practice of humanistic care under multivariate culture
Abstract：From a multicultural perspective to probe into the connotation and practice of humanistic care.Different cultural backgrounds lead to dif-ferent values and beliefs of nurses.And the understanding on the illness and choice of treatment of patients are different.Nurses should understand the impact of socio cultural factors on disease and health,and treatment of the disease,as well as the patient oriented and people centered philos-ophy in nurse patient relationship.Nurses should follow respect and e-quality,effective communication,equal demand and moderately concern as practice principles.Nurses should integrate humanitic spirit and medical technology between different cultures so as to achieve the people centered nursing care.
