Effect of Changing the Medicine-taken Time on Living Status of Schizoph renia In-patients
Abstract：To keep active spirit of schizophrenia patients and let themparticipa te in rehabilitation. Under the presupposition of having no affects on both medi cine half-life and therapeutic effect of patients, the medicine administration t ime of the patients were changed from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 20:00 to 21:30 respectively. 30 cases of patients were observed, and evaluated by using“nursing o bservation scale". Results showed that after medicine-taken time changed, there were marked improvements both in initiative and self-service behavior ability an d social adapting ability of the patients. Denoted that by changing the medicine -taken time of patients with schizophrenia may improve the life quality of patie nts.
