Study on Related Factors Between Essential Hypertension and Target Organ Damage
Abstract:To probe into the relationship between the patter n of bloodpressure going up and the damage of the target organ heart, brain and kidney, 164 cases o f essential hypertension (EH) were monitored with noninvasive ambulant blood pre ssure monitoring (ABPM) in 24 hours. Results showed that the systolic hypertensi on accounted for 28.04%, the diastolic hypertension accounted for 14.02%, and the combined hypertension made up to 57.92%. It also showed that the elevation of blood pressure during the daytime, nighttime, and all the time was 25. 10%,17.07 % and 57.31% respectively. The target organ damage caused by EH was mainly in br ain then in heart and kidney. Suggested that the duration and blood pressure loading value of EH were closely related to the target organ damage. And the type a nd time of blood pressure going up were also related to the target organ damage.
