Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gynaecological hysteroscopic day surgery under ERAS mode. Methods 2,000 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in Changzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2024 were divided into the control group(n=1,000)and the study group(n=1,000).The study group received hysteroscopic day surgery, and the ERAS mode was applied before, during and after the operation. The control group was treated with conventional inpatient hysteroscopic surgery. The clinical data of the two groups were collected, compared and analyzed. Results Preoperative hospital days and total hospital days in the study group were fewer than those in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total hospital costs in the study group were lower than those in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative complications, such as reproductive system infection, postoperative bleeding, uterine perforation, air embolism, etc.,there was no statistical significance in the differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic day surgery has the advantages of convenience, safety and efficiency compared with conventional inpatient hysteroscopic surgery, and can reduce patients'hospital stay and medical costs.
