Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of individualized management based on comprehensive evaluation in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after surgery. Methods 90 elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received individualized postoperative management based on comprehensive evaluation on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAM-A),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAM-D),Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30)of the two groups were compared before intervention,15 days after intervention, and 1 month after intervention, and the nursing compliance was compared between the two groups 1 month after intervention. Results The HAM-A and HAM-D scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 15 days and 1 month after intervention(P<0.05).At 15 days and 1 month after intervention, the scores of physical fatigue, emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 15 days and 1 month after intervention(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 15 days and 1 month after intervention(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized postoperative management based on comprehensive evaluation has a significant effect on elderly NSCLC patients, which can effectively improve their self-care ability and quality of life, and help alleviate the degree of cancer-related fatigue and improve nursing compliance.
