Abstract:The patients were treated in modified bladder lithotomy position, and disinfection following intravenous anesthesia, routine pneumoperitoneum, placement of endoscope and puncture were performed. The ultrasonic scalpel cut the right peritoneum on the outside of the right pelvic infundibulum ligament, the lateral peritoneum was opened to the tail of the patient, and the bilateral uterine arteries were clipped.Intermittent suture was used to close the bilateral peritoneum. After expanding the puncture space, the rotary cutter was used to remove the adenomyosis lesion to the endometrium, and part of the endometrium was removed. The uterine cavity was closed and the uterine wound was continuously sutured. Finally, the pelvic cavity was repeatedly rinsed, and the abdominal drainage tube was placed after the wound was examined without bleeding. The abdominal cavity was closed to complete the laparoscopic adenomyosis lesion resection and bilateral uterine artery ligation.
