Abstract:In recent years, advancements in laparoscopic techniques, evolution of precision surgery concepts, and integration of emerging technologies such as digital medicine with indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence imaging have highlighted certain limitations of traditional laparoscopy in early-stage small hepatocellular carcinoma localization, precise segment demarcation, and real-time intraoperative navigation. The application of digital medicine and ICG fluorescence staining can visually display the three-dimensional boundaries of hepatic segments.Combined with fluorescence laparoscopy,it enables accurate visualization of liver segments or even subsegments, facilitating the complete resection of tumor-bearing Glisson's pedicles while preserving the integrity of the remaining liver's Glissonian system and ensuring residual liver function. This represents a concrete application of precision surgery principles in laparoscopic anatomical liver resection.
