Abstract:The patient was a middle-aged male, and hepatocellular carcinoma at the junction of liver S5 and S6 was considered. The anatomical liver S5+S6 resection was performed by stepped fluorescence negative staining. The operation first dissected and temporarily blocked the right anterior pedicle and S 6 pedicle, and fluorescence negative staining was performed in the left half of the liver and liver S7.The S5 pedicle was dissected along the left and right hemilivers, the S8 pedicles were opened, the liver S8 was negatively stained, then the tumors were completely resected along the fluorescence boundary, and the operation was completed. The use of stepped fluorescence negative staining can achieve accurate liver resection under fluorescence guidance throughout the process.
