Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of mindfulness cognitive intervention on stigmatism and self-perceived burden in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer. Methods Prospectively,96 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in Changzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the simple numerical random table method, they were randomly divided into the mindfulness cognitive behavior group(observation group,48 cases)and the routine nursing group(control group,48 cases).MAAS,SIS,SPBS and EORTCQLQ-C30 were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention in the observation group, the MAAS scores of the patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The MAAS scores of the patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).The SIS scores of patients in two groups were lower after intervention than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the SIS scores of laparoscopic gastric cancer patients in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).SPBS scores of patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer in two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the SPBS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the EORTCQLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).MAAS score was negatively correlated with SIS score and SPBS score in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer(r=-0.451,-0.431,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mindfulness cognitive behavior intervention in laparoscopic gastric cancer patients can improve the quality of life and reduce patients'stigmatism and self-perceived burden. The level of mindfulness cognition is negatively correlated with stigmatism and self-perceived burden in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer.
