Abstract:Objective To investigate the related factors of hypothermia in patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysm(UIA)during interventional therapy under general anesthesia. Methods From August 2022 to October 2023,a total of 474 patients who underwent intracranial aneurysm embolization under general anesthesia in the Interventional Radiology Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital were retrospectively included. They were divided into the hypothermia group(core body temperature≤36℃,96 cases)and the non-hypothermia group(378 cases).Univariate and multivariate logistic regressions were used to analyze the related factors of hypothermia. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, body mass index, urine volume, room temperature, operation time and anesthesia time were the risk factors for hypothermia(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis further indicated that old age,low body mass index, long anesthesia time and low room temperature were independent risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,body mass index, duration of anesthesia and room temperature are the influencing factors of hypothermia in patients with UIA during interventional therapy under general anesthesia. Therefore, predictive and targeted measures for such patients are expected to reduce the risk of intraoperative hypothermia.
