Clinical application of total inflatable endoscopic thyroidectomy via axillary and intermuscular sulcus approach

Abstract:After entering the room,the patient was placed in the supine position,the upper limb of the affected side was abducted,the forearm was flexed and lifted,and the axilla was fully exposed.Three trocar holes were made on the anterior axillary line of the affected side,and the subcutaneous stripper was inserted to sneak subcutaneously towards the thyroid gland.The trocar and 30 laparoscope were placed,and CO2 was inflated.Under the guidance of the endoscope,the intermuscular foramen of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the intermuscular approach of the sternocleidomastoid muscle were used to expose the thyroid gland and to suspend the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the banded muscle.The related veins were severed,the thyroid gland was freed,and the recurrent laryngeal nerve and superior laryngeal nerve were found and protected.The thyroid specimen was completely removed and taken out,and the catheter was placed and sutured.
