Abstract:Right-sided colon cancer(RCC)is a common malignant tumor in the gastrointestinal system.Currently, surgery is the primary treatment method for RCC,with the traditional surgical approaches including medial, cranial, caudal and full midline approaches. However, factors such as patient's body size, tumor location, anatomy and vascular complexity may increase the difficulty of unidirectional surgery. In this video, the caudal-cranial-medial approach is employed to address the limitations of individual approaches, synergistically combining their benefits to provide a procedure that is shorter, clearer, safer and less bloody.
