Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of risk alert management based on Caprini score in the perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic patients. Methods This study enrolled 78 gynecological patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Changzhou, from January 2023 to April 2024.The patients were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group, with 39 patients in each, using a random number table method. The control group received routine perioperative care, while the observation group was applied with risk alert management measures based on Caprini score on the basis of the control group, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of APTT,PT,and D-dimer levels(P>0.05).After the intervention, the observation group exhibited significantly higher APTT and PT values compared with the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the D-dimer level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group post-intervention(P<0.05).Following the intervention, the observation group demonstrated significantly lower incidence rates of DVT,limb swelling, limb pain and abnormal skin color compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk alert management based on Caprini score applied in the perioperative management of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients demonstrates significant nursing effects, effectively reducing the formation of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and improving treatment outcomes.
