Abstract：In most cases,for patients with major depressive disorder and insomnia,it is necessary to treat insomnia simultaneously with antidepressants,otherwise the treatment effect will be unsatisfactory.As a result,people often take multiple medications at the same time.There are shortcomings such as poor effect and significant side effects.The use of high-voltage pulsed radiofrequency at the Anmian(Extra)acupoint for physical regulation combined with esketamine and dexmedetomidine for chemical regulation can effectively alleviate the refractory major depressive disorder and insomnia.The adverse reaction rate is low and the symptoms are tolerable.
