Abstract:Objective To explore the related factors and preventive measures of recurrence in patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins after radiofrequency ablation surgery. Methods 61 patients with recurrent great saphenous vein varicose veins who underwent radiofrequency ablation surgery at Meihekou Central Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the recurrence group.A case-control trial design was conducted according to the 1:2 pairing principle, and 122 patients who did not experience recurrence after radiofrequency ablation surgery were selected as the control group. The relevant factors affecting the recurrence of great saphenous vein varicose veins in patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation surgery were analyzed. Results The duration of disease in the recurrence group was longer than that in the control group, and the proportion of patients with hyperlipidemia in the recurrence group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with Clinical manifestations-Etiology-Anatomy-Pathophysiology(CEAP)grade≥C3 in the recurrence group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The D-dimer(D-D)value and whole blood viscosity low shear value in the recurrence group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the Logistic regression model showed that longer duration of disease, combined hyperlipidemia,CEAP grade≥C3 and higher D-D level were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors related to the recurrence of great saphenous vein varicose veins after radiofrequency ablation surgery, especially the course of the disease, concomitant hyperlipidemia,CEAP grade≥C 3 and D-D level.Targeted preventive measures should be taken.
