Abstract：Costo-clavicular hook plate internal fixation is a surgical method for treating proximal clavicle fractures and sternoclavicular joint dislocations.This procedure has shown satisfactory results in restoring the anatomical structure and function of the sternoclavicular joint.This article introduces the procedure from four aspects:indications,contraindications,surgical steps,and evaluations of the procedure,aiming to standardize the surgical steps,reduce the incidence of surgical complications,and ensure efficient surgical quality and therapeutic effects.
