Abstract：Sleeve gastrectomy with transit bipartition(SG-TB),a variant of sleeve gastrectomy combined surgery(SG Plus),has gained increasing global attraction.SG-TB is noted for its significant weight loss and glycemic control benefits,high safety profile,and reversibility.Therefore,establishing a standardized surgical procedure is crucial for further dissemination and optimization of SG-TB.
