Abstract:Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(LPN)is the standard surgical procedure for treating T 1 a stage(diameter<4 cm)renal tumors. There is some controversy over LPN for T 1 b stage(diameter 4~7 cm)renal tumors, but it is still adopted by many surgeons with high surgical skills and experience because LPN can preserve the renal unite and improve the overall quality of life of patients after surgery. This surgical procedure adopts the classic retroperitoneal laparoscopic approach and designs a programmatic six steps approach for complex T1 b stage renal tumors(R.E.N.A.L score=10 A):1.Clear fat and open fascia;2.Search for tumor;3.Find renal artery and block it;4.Resect the tumor;5.Suture the wound surface;6.Loosen blockage and collect specimen. The surgical video is high-definition and smooth, breaking down multiple steps of complex surgery and tackling them one by one, which is beneficial for young urologists to learn and master.
