Abstract：In recent years,with the optimizing of laparoscopic pancreatic surgery methods,surgeons'understanding of surgical methods has also improved.Compared with classical pancreaticoduodenectomy,laparoscopic uncinate tumor resection has obvious advantages in the treatment of benign diseases of the pancreas,such as less surgical injury,less operation and postoperative recovery time,and more reserve of organ functions.
