Abstract：Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the digestive tract.The treatment of gastric cancer is a comprehensive treatment mainly based on surgery.Surgery is commonly the only possible way to achieve radical cure of gastric cancer.However,with the publication of high-quality clinical studies in China,South Korea and other countries,laparoscopic distal gastrectomy for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has received strong evidence support.Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer has the advantages of small incision,mild pain,less intraoperative bleeding,fast recovery,short hospital stay,and precise operation.
