Analysis of the role of magnetic nursing management in the cohesion of nursing team in operating room

Abstract:Objective In order to explore and analyze the application value of magnetic nursing management,this study tried to use a magnetic nursing management mode to improve the cohesion of operating room team.Methods 40 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects of this investigation.The 40 operating room nurses were assigned into the observation group and the magnetic nursing management mode was introduced into the operating room nurses in the hospital.At the same time,40 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study,who were included in the control group,and no experimental intervention was applied to the operating room nurses during their employment.The depression score and occupational stress score of nurses before and after intervention and the job satisfaction of nurses in operating room were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the depression score and occupational stress score of the observation group were significantly improved after the magnetic nursing management mode,and were better than those of the control group,also the employment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventional magnetic nursing management mode in hospital operating room nurses can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of nurses,reduce occupational stress,increase job satisfaction,and improve the cohesion of operating room nursing team.
