Virtual thread hanging surgery for preserving internal and external sphincters in high anal fistula

Abstract：The treatment of anal fistula may result in a certain degree of fecal incontinence and recurrence after surgery.In recent years,the field of anal fistula surgery has gradually developed,but it still cannot completely solve the problem of anal function damage or recurrence.Our Anorectal Disease Center innovatively uses the method of virtual hanging thread to completely preserve the internal and external anal sphincters for the treatment of high anal fistula,without damaging the internal and external anal sphincters around the anus and rectum.The postoperative follow-up results have shown that patients can recover well without recurrence,and there are no abnormalities in anal function.
