Application of four-hand operation combined with fine nursing in patients with tooth extraction

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application of four-hand operation combined with fine nursing in patients with tooth extraction.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with tooth extraction surgery admitted to Qingxin District People's Hospital of Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(routine nursing)from January to June 2022,and the study group(four-hand operation combined with refined nursing)from July 2022 to January 2023.There were 35 cases in each group.The emotional score,pain score,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of emotional anxiety and depression,pain and postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Four-hand operation combined with fine nursing can regulate negative emotions,relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications.
