Effect of incentive nursing combined with high-quality nursing on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing operation for sinusitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the promoting effect of incentive nursing combined with high-quality nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with sinusitis after operation.Methods Seventy patients with sinusitis admitted to the People's Hospital of Gaozhou City,Guangdong Province from January 2023 to August 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,and received high-quality care,combined with motivational care,respectively.The psychological status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were observed and statistically analyzed.Results The NRS score and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive nursing combined with high-quality nursing can significantly promote the rehabilitation of patients with sinusitis surgery,significantly improve the pain score of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.This indicates that the combined nursing mode is worthy of further promotion and application in the surgical treatment of sinusitis.
