Application of quality control circle activities based on process optimization in shortening the time of receiving bariatric surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in shortening the time of receiving bariatric surgery.Methods According to the needs of our department,an activity group was formed to carry out quality control circle activities.After selecting the theme,quality management tools were used according to the activity process to analyze and improve the reasons for the delay of bariatric surgery access,formulate rectification measures,optimize the process,and supervise the implementation.Results After carrying out quality control circle activities,the access time of bariatric surgery was reduced to 33.47 min,the target achievement rate was 122.25%,the improvement rate was 43.39%,and the average turnover of bariatric surgery was increased to 4.54 units per day.Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can effectively shorten the reception time of bariatric surgery,optimize the reception process,and improve the operating efficiency of the operating room.
