Influence of self-made rehabilitation exercise video education on postoperative complications of early cervical cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of a self-made rehabilitation exercise video on various complications of early cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery in our department.Methods From June 2022 to November 2023,100 patients with gynecological early cervical cancer in Department of Gynecology of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected,all of whom underwent laparoscopic surgery.They were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases each according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given guidance based on the control group and strictly implemented self-made rehabilitation exercise video education.Results Postoperative recovery,complications,compliance,self-care ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The first time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust gas,the number of days in hospital,postoperative shoulder and back pain,subcutaneous emphysema and venous thrombosis complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise,self-care and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative recovery,complications,compliance,self-care ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The incidence of indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made rehabilitation exercise video is effective in nursing patients with early cervical cancer.
