Laparoscopic radical adenomyosis lesion removal with uterine preservation

Abstract：The patient was placed in the cystotomy position,general anaesthetized by tracheal intubation,and conventional laparoscopic surgery was performed after surgical drape disinfection.The assistant placed the uterine lifter,dissected the mesentery,bilateral sacral ligaments and uterine adhesions,injected posterior pituitary hormone and then used an ultrasonic knife along the edge of the lesion to remove the lesion and at the same time remove most of the endothelium of the uterine cavity.The wound was sutured and closed,the uterine body was reshaped and a uterine rotator was placed to remove the adenomyosis lesion.Finally,the pelvic cavity was repeatedly irrigated,and after checking that there was no bleeding in the wound,an abdominal drain was placed and the abdominal cavity was closed to complete the laparoscopic radical adenomyosis resection with uterine preservation.
