Abstract：In the execution process of a 7 500t/d cement clinker production line EPC project,BIM platform is used to implement the overall planning of project construction,divide construction and installation areas,simulate construction site layout and construction,rationally arrange the general construction plane,strengthen equipment quality management,construction quality and schedule control,and implement intelligent safety management.It also has achieved the reasonable arrangement of equipment and material storage,non-standard parts production site,strengthening cost control management,etc.The project construction started at the beginning of the year,put into production in the year,and made good economic and social benefits.
