Abstract：In view of the problems in the construction of cement engineering EPC projects,such as high labor intensity,low work efficiency,and difficult control of rebar consumption rate in traditional rebar processing methods,a intelligent rebar processing method is proposed,which combines CNC rebar processing equipment with cloud scheduling system through IOT technology.This method realizes centralized monitoring of the status of rebar processing equipment and remote task dispatching,greatly reduces the manual intervention in the process of rebar processing,improves the production efficiency and quality control level of rebar processing,reduces the waste of rebar,and promotes the overall intelligent level of steel bar processing.
