Abstract:The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of the compound probiotic preparations on the growth performance, intestinal health, and immune indicators of AA broilers.A total of 8 000 healthy AA broilers, half male and half female, were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with five replicates in each group, and 400 broilers in each replicate. The control,0.15%,0.30%and 0.45%groups were respectively fed with the test diet supplemented with 0,0.15%,0.30%and 0.45%of the compound probiotic. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the 0.30%group could significantly increase the body weight at 42 days and the average daily gain from 1 to 42 days(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the feed-to-weight ratio from 1 to 42 days(P<0.05).The addition of the compound probiotic preparations had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers from 1 to 21 days(P>0.05).The average daily feed intake and average daily gain of broilers from 22 to 42 days in the 0.30%group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the 0.30%and 0.45%groups could significantly up-regulate the relative mRNA expression of mucin-2(P<0.05),the relative mRNA expression of closure protein and closure protein-1 was significantly up-regulated in the 0.15%,0.30%and 0.45%groups,and the relative mRNA expression of lock-in band protein-1 was significantly up-regulated in the 0.30%group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the spleen index of the 0.30%group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum antibody titer of Newcastle disease in the 0.30%and 0.45%groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentrations of immunoglobulin A and interleukin-2 in the 0.30%group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of interleukin-6 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of interleukin-10 in the 0.30%and 0.45%groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding the compound probiotic preparations to the diet can improve the growth performance and intestinal health of broilers, enhance immunity, and the effect is better when the additive concentration is 0.30%.
