Abstract:The study aimed to elucidate the dynamics of nutrient composition during the pupal stage of individuals of different rank types of the Vespa velutina auraria Smith.Collect pupal stages of Vespa velutina auraria Smith from different classes of individuals and determine their nutrient composition. The results showed that the moisture and fat content of the pupal stage of different rank types of the Vespa velutina auraria Smith decreased with the development of the insect state, while the protein and ash content increased with the development of the insect state. The moisture content of pink-eyed pupae and brown-eyed pupae of queen bee were significantly lower than that of drones and workers at the same developmental stages(P<0.05).Protein content of queens and drones was higher than that of workers, and fat and ash content of black-eyed winged pupae of drone were significantly higher than that of queens and workers at the same developmental stages(P<0.05).Amino acid content increased with the development of the insect form, and threonine, valine, isoleucine, essential amino acids, non essential amino acids and total amino acids content of black-eyed winged pupae were significantly higher than those of the remaining three insect forms(P<0.05).Total amino acids and essential amino acids were significantly higher in pink-eyed,brown-eyed and black-eyed pupae of worker than in queens and pupae of drone at the same developmental stages(P<0.05).The content of saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid of the three castes of pupae decreased with the development of the insect form. The content of myristic brain acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and monounsaturated fatty acids in pink-eyed and brown-eyed pupae of drone, and linoleic acid and linolenic acid in black-eyed pupae were significantly higher than those in queens and workers(P<0.05).The content of arachidic acid, palmitoleic acid and monounsaturated fatty acids in queens and black-eyed pupae of drone were significantly higher than those in workers(P<0.05).The content of manganese, zinc and potassium decreased and the rest of the minerals increased with the development of the insect state. The mineral content of queens were higher than that of drones and workers. The study shows that the nutritional components of Vespa velutina auraria Smith pupae with different castes and developmental stages is drones>queens>workers, and black-eyed winged pupae>black-eyed pupae>brown-eyed pupae>pink-eyed pupae.
