Abstract:The study aims to establish a stepwise regression model of milk yield, milk protein rate, milk fat rate, lactose rate, somatic cell number and serum biochemical, antioxidant and immune indexes in dairy cows at different lactation stages. The trial used a randomized group design with 120 cows in late perinatal,prelactation,mid-lactation and late lactation, with 30 cows in each stage. The results showed that milk production in late perinatal period and prelactation was negatively correlated with serum glucose(GLU).Late perinatal milk production was negatively associated with total protein(TP),milk protein rate was inversely correlated with serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),positive associated with immunoglobulin G(IgG),lactose rate was negatively correlated with serum albumin(ALB),was positively associated with total bilirubin(TBIL),somatic cell number was negatively correlated with interleukin-6(IL-6)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the serum.Prelactation somatic number was positively correlated with IL-6 in serum, lactose rate was negatively correlated with TBIL in serum, milk protein rate was negatively correlated with TP.Late perinatal,pre-and middle lactation rates were negatively correlated with triglycerides(TG)in serum. The study indicates that GLU GLU in cows serum is correlated with milk production. The contents of IL-1β,cholesterol(CHOL),IgG and TBIL in serum are correlated with milk composition. The content of IL-6 in serum is correlated with the number of somatic cells in milk.
