Abstract:The experiment was aimed at screening rabbit-derived strains and developing microecological preparations for rabbits.Fresh feces from healthy meat rabbits were selected as the experimental material, and one strain of Bacillus was screened out from it.The morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical identification, molecular biological identification,as well as the acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and probiotic characteristics of the strain were studied. The results showed that the isolate was identified as a strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens through morphological observation, physiological and biochemical identification, and molecular biological identification, and the isolate was named XR01.The isolate XR01 had a survival rate of 84.25%under pH value 2.0 conditions,a survival rate of 42.30%under choline concentration of 0.4%,and a survival rate of 91.80%after treatment at 100 ℃.It also had certain inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and was safe for mice to consume. The study showed that the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain was safe, easy to ferment and cultivate, and has good probiotic characteristics such as high temperature resistance, acid resistance, and choline resistance, and can be used as a candidate strain for rabbit microecological preparations.
