Abstract:The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of seaweed enzyme hydrolysis on the growth, digestion and absorption, and immune indexes of Pseudourostyla cristata.A total of 315 healthy Pseudourostyla cristata larvae with body weight of(109.30±2.94)g were randomly divided into three groups, with three replicates per group and 35 Pseudourostyla cristata per replicate.Group A was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%compound seaweed enzymatic hydrolysis products, group B was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%kelp enzymatic hydrolysis products, and the control group(group C)was fed the basal diet. The experiment lasted for 56 days. The results showed that the final weight, survival rate(SR),average weight gain(AWG)and weight gain rate(WGR)of Pseudourostyla cristata in groups A and B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The crude protein content in muscle of group A was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05),and the water and ash contents in muscle of group A were significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05).The intestinal villus height(VH)and crypt depth(CD)in groups A and B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The level of serum complement C3 in group C was significantly higher than that in groups A and B(P<0.05),and the level of complement C4 in group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 0.5%compound seaweed enzyme hydrolysis or 0.5%kelp enzymatic hydrolysis products to the feed can improve the growth performance and SR of large yellow croak, improve muscle nutrients, promote the absorption of intestinal nutrients, and increase disease resistance.Adding 0.5%compound seaweed enzymatic hydrolysis product yields has better results.
