Abstract:Objective To probe the influencing factors in assessment of mental injury and indica-tors that need to be considered. Methods Totals of 145 cases were investigated using the registration form to gather information ,divided into cerebral concussion group and stress group.Comparative analy-sis was made between the two groups. Results (1)On the cause of the injury ,two groups had a signifi-cant difference (χ2 = 21.789 ,P= 0.016).In cerebral concussion group ,the shock and occupational in-juries in accidents were more than the stress group ,but punished by teacher was less.(2)There were significant difference on the frequency of neurosis symptoms (χ2 = 7.847 ,P = 0.005) and identification of diagnosis (χ2 = 62.325 ,P< 0.01)between the two groups. The frequency of neurosis symptoms and identification of diagnosis were more in the cerebral concussion group than the stress group.(3)The rea-sons of damage and the legal relationship were relevant (χ2 = 45.975 ,P= 0.031).Identification of diag-nosis and legal relationship were relevant (χ2 = 155.067 ,P < 0.01).(4)On the Wechsler intelligence tests ,cerebral concussion group was lower in the digit span;in the assessment of BPRS ,cerebral con-cussion group was higher in thought disorder score. Conclusions The individual factor ,family reaction and treatment effect may influence the incidence and rehabilitation of disease. In the identification ,the intellectual impairment ,mental health and social function should be considered to make comprehensive judgment.
