Expression of ASIC1a in Purkinje cells of cerebellum in mice

Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ASIC1a in Purkinje cells of cerebellum in mice.Methods We selected the postnatal 0 ,7 ,14 ,21 ,30 days and 2 months of SPF C57BL/6 mice ,made tissue sections of cerebellum after ether anesthesia ,observed the expression of ASIC1a in Purkinje cells of cerebellum through the immunofluorescence technique.Results There was expression of ASIC1a in Purkinje cells of cerebellum in the postnatal 0 ,7 ,14 ,21 ,30 days and 2 months mice.Conclusions The expression of ASIC1a in cerebellar Purkinje cell in mice may play an important role in the development of cerebellar Purkinje cell.
