Abstract：In 2025,breakthrough progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer,including innovations in the treatment paradigm for locally advanced disease,continuous optimization and innovation of multi-line therapeutic regimens for advanced esophageal cancer,and exploration of efficacy predictive biomarkers,showing an increasingly precise and individualized development trend.This paper systematically reviews important domestic and international clinical studies related to esophageal cancer treatment published in 2025,so as to provide references for current clinical decision-making.
