An analysis of the Effectiveness of Nursing Management Under the Use and Satisfaction Theory in Reflux Esophagitis

Abstract：Objective Analyzing the effects of applying nursing management under the use and satisfac-tion theory in reflux esophagitis.Methods A prospective cohort study of 86 patients with reflux esophagitis diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 was conducted.All 86 patients were divided into the conventional group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=43)by random number table method.The conventional group adopted the routine nursing management mode.The experimental group applied and satisfied the nursing management mode under the theory,compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,and compared the disease awareness and self-management ability of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results of two-factor ANOVA showed that the patients'disease awareness scores,adult health self-management scale(AHSMSRS)scores of the two groups after 3 months of intervention,after 6 months of intervention,and after 12 months of inter-vention increased compared with those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant when compared among different times.The difference between different times was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05),and the scores of disease awareness and adult health self-management scale(AH-SMSRS)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 3 months,6 months,and 12 months of intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and with the pro-longation of the observation time,the change between groups over time was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).time was prolonged,the difference was statistically significant when comparing the change over time between groups(interaction P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing manage-ment under the use and satisfaction theory in reflux esophagitis is effective in improving the effectiveness of disease treatment and patient care satisfaction,reducing the recurrence rate of the disease,and effectively en-hancing the patient's awareness of the disease,so that their self-management ability is enhanced.
