Abstract:Objective To analyze the drug-resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in the clinical infection. Methods The drug sensitive test was conducted in 281 bacterial isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii, and the results were retrospectively ana-lyzed by software WHONET 5.6.Results It was showed that in 2012, 2013 and 2014 the sensitivity rates to polymyxin B of Acinetobacter baumannii were always 100%.The sensitivity rates to amikacin were 18.6%, 37.1%and 41.4%, respectively. The sensitivity rates to cotrimoxazole were 28.0%, 38.1%and 41.4%, respectively. In the last three years, the resistance rates to imipenem were all above 69%and meropenem were all above 70%.Conclusion There were high sensitivity rates of Acine-tobacter baumannii to polymyxin B and high resistance rates to imipenem and meropenem.
