Effects of Wenjingquyufang on endometrial pattern and pregnancy rate of in infertility patients with endometrial pathological changes for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Wenjingquyufang on endometrial pattern and pregnancy rate of in infertil -ity patients with endometrial pathological changes for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods A total of 60 infertility patients with endometrial pathological changes for IVF-ET were divided into Chinese traditional medicine group (n=30) and control group(n=30) randomly.The control group patients take controlled ovarian hyperstimulation after they had hysteroscopy and curettage for Pathological examination .The patients of Chinese traditional medicine group had taken Wenjingquyufang for a week during hysteroscopy and curettage finished and menstruation .The data of clinical and laborary were compared between the two groups .Results There was significantly different on A and C endometrial pattern between two groups (P<0.05).Their biochemical pregnancy rate was different (P<0.05).The stimulation days and dose of gonado-tropic hormone, average numbers of retrieved oocytes and fertilization rate , high quality embryo rate and the number of embry-os transferred were no statistical significance compared with their inter-group(all P>0.05).On the day of human chorionic gonadotropin injection , the depth of endometrium , the serum level of estradiol , progesterone , luteinizing hormone and the number of cancel transfer were no significant difference between two groups (all P>0.05).Conclusion Wenjingquyufang can improve endometrial pattern , embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in infertility patients with endometrial pathological changes for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer .It has no influence on controlled ovarian hyperstimulation .
