Comparison of short-term prognosis between early-onset and late-onset severe preeclampsia pregnant woman

Abstract:Objective To compare the short-term prognosis between early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia pregnant woman.Methods Basic clinical data, blood pressure, urine protein and related biochemical indexesearly-onset and late-onset preeclampsia pregnant woman instant and forthy-two days, three month postpartum were analyzed retrospectively .Re-sults Postpartum blood pressure and urine protein leakage count in early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia group had no statistical difference(P>0.05); But the incidence of persistent high blood pressure and proteinuria in early -onset pre-eclampsia group was obviously higher than that in late-onset group 42 days and three months postpartum(P<0.05).Con-clusion With the termination of pregnancy , the state of illness of preeclampsia patients were getting better and even re-turned to be normal .But recovery of early-onset preeclampsia group was slower with persistent high blood pressure and pro-teinuria.
